About Us
Founded in 2006, Life Restoration Ministries is a Catholic apostolate dedicated to renewing the Church through healing and formation. We create spaces for Jesus to encounter his people, help disciples and leaders grow in their God-given identity, and embrace their unique mission in the world.
Through retreats, courses, and resources, we guide people on a journey of human and spiritual integration, equipping them to live fully and courageously as disciples. Our vision is to unlock hearts, and ignite a culture of hope and renewal in the Church and beyond.

Jake & Heather

Heather is the cohost of the internationally popular Abiding Together Podcast. She has more than twenty-five years of experience as a speaker and retreat leader, offering workshops and conferences in the United States and Canada. She attended Franciscan University of Steubenville, studying theology and catechetics. Heather is passionate about evangelization, discipleship, and creating an environment for people to have a personal encounter with God. She and Jake have three young adult children.

Jake is a Catholic leader with over 20 years of experience in various ministry settings. He has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology with a concentration in Catechetics. Jake has worked in adult faith formation, seminarian and priestly formation, diocesan evangelization, catechesis, RCIA, retreat ministry, and has a private counseling practice for over 15 years. Currently, Jake offers human and pastoral formation to Catholic leaders, is a consultant to Dioceses and ministries across North America, offers an annual Men's Retreat, accompanies leaders on their journey of faith, and co-hosts Restore the Glory Podcast.
